Off-campus Internet Connection Services

Access to NTU Library E-Resources    


1) Objective:

To assist faculty, staff and students by making it possible to search NTU Library E-Resources without having to connect to the NTU campus network.

 

 

2) For use by:

NTU Faculty, Staff and Students

 

 

3) Service Scope:

The remote symbol on searchable database and e-journal pages indicates that these links are accessible from off-campus. These databases and e-journals have been made available through license agreements with the service providers.

 

 

4) Instructions:

1. Set your browser proxy server to the address: lib.cc.ntu.edu.tw, port 3128.

2. Click on the database or e-journal you would like to access. Enter your ComputerCenter e-mail address and password.

3. You may begin using the database or e-journal once your ComputerCenter e-mail address and password have been verified.

5) Help:

1. Users can go to https://lib.cc.ntu.edu.tw to check whether they can use off-campus Internet connection services.

2. If there are problems with the network, proxy server, or server of the database service provider, please visit the Off-campus Internet Connection Services FAQ webpage.
