E-Resources Off-Campus Connection

I. Objectives:
To allow the faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students to access the e-resources at the National Taiwan University Library (hereafter referred to as “the Library”,) without connecting onto the NTU campus network. |
II. Eligibility:
Faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students |
III. Service Scope:
Off-campus access to fully-authorized databases and e-journals is granted. Databases marked by “off-campus connection available” and e-journals that are marked by in the listings can all be connected to off-campus.

Connection:
- Configure your browser to use the off-campus proxy server, url: lib.cc.ntu.edu.tw, port:3128.
- Select the database or e-journal you want to access. Enter your school e-mail address and password when prompted.
- Access to subscribed e-journals and databases is granted once your ID has been verified.

V. Contact Information:
- You may go to https://lib.cc.ntu.edu.tw to check if off-campus connection is available for your account.
- The stability of your connection from off-campus may be affected by internet connection issues, proxy server, and the main server of the service provider.
