Genetics Learning System是一個整合性的課程，其提供三大主題範圍，分別是：細胞遺傳學(Cytogenetics)、孟德耳氏遺傳(Mendelian Inheritance)以及多基因遺傳(Polygenic Inheritance)。
每個主要區段複分為短而概念性的學習單元，而每一單元區段則提供漸進難度的持續性學習。從基本的事實及術語介紹到更詳盡的素材。此系統不單是被設計成做為一般使用，也可當作是自我學習的課程。Genetics Learning System提供一個隨意、非線性自我評估的學習教材。其內容如下：
