Upon receiving your application, librarians will conduct a preliminary search based on your requirements and confirm the initial results with the applicant/unit. During this stage, professional input from the applicant/unit may be needed (e.g., refining search keywords, identifying benchmark institutions). The analysis will officially begin once the scope is mutually confirmed.

Once the analysis scope is finalized, librarians will retrieve publication records from citation databases and perform data processing, keyword normalization, and data visualization. Applicants may be contacted during this process to provide domain-specific insights or verify controlled vocabulary (e.g., confirming synonyms). Please note that the turnaround time does not include any waiting time for the applicant's response.

The completed report will be delivered to the applicant by librarians through designated methods, such as email, in-person meetings, or online video consultations.
