National Taiwan University Library Intercampus Document Delivery Service

National Taiwan University Library Intercampus Document Delivery Service is a fee-based document delivery service. Through it, full-time faculty members can request copies of journal articles from the Main Library (including branch libraries at the Department of Physics, Department of Chemistry, Department of Mathematics, Institute of Oceanography, the College of Law Library, the Department of Library and Information Science’s Internship Library; and the College of Social Sciences Koo Chen-Fu Memorial Library; and ASRS Service Center) and the Medical Library. However, journals held by the Special Collections Division shall be subject to the regulations applicable to special collections resources.

  • Eligibility
    Only full-time faculty members are eligible for this service.
  • Fees
    NT$3 per page.
  • Processing Time
    2 to 4 working days after request.

B. Pick up the document at your department office.
If you choose this method, please go to this website, log in with your NTU account/password, and fill in your information. Then go to the Circulation Service Desk of your campus library, and make a deposit of 100-3,000 NTD. Please set up your deposit before making a request. The fee for your request will be deducted from this deposit.

2. Make a request:
If you are on the Main Campus, fill out the request form here; if you are on the Downtown Campus, fill out the request form here.

3. Wait until a pickup notice is sent to your email account.

4. Pick up your document at the requested location within 7 days.
