[Notice] Important Information for the Theses/Dissertation Submission

Important Information for the Thesis/Dissertation Submission for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2025-2026:

The thesis/dissertation submission deadline for the first semester of the Academic Year 2025-2026 (including paper and electronic thesis/dissertation) is February 25th, 2026.
In order to have sufficient time to review all the submissions, it is strongly recommends submitting your e-thesis/dissertation before February 3rd, 2026.
Please noted that it takes 2 working days for electronic thesis/dissertation format review, please upload the electronic thesis/dissertation as soon as possible. The last 2 weeks before the deadline are the peak period. Each review might take up to 4~5 working days to complete.
Please note that from February 12 to February 22, the University will be on holiday for the Lunar New Year, and no thesis review or submission services will be available during this period. Furthermore, the Thesis/Dissertation Resubmission service will be suspended during the peak thesis submission period from February 3rd to February 25th.
