Authors in NTU can publish core hybrid open access journals of Elsevier with a 15% discount on Article Processing Charge (APC) from 2026.
Requirements
1. The corresponding author is affiliated with National Taiwan University.
2. The accepted article date must be Jan. 1st 2026 - Dec. 31st 2026.

1. Click the article accepted notice letter link to complete the rights and access form.
2. Provide the corresponding author’s organization and select National Taiwan University from the drop-down menu.
3. Approve the Gold Open Access publishing option, “Publish as an Open Access article.”
