Authors in NTU can publish core hybrid open access journals of Elsevier with a 15% discount on Article Processing Charge (APC) from 2026.

Requirements

1. The corresponding author is affiliated with National Taiwan University.
2. The accepted article date must be Jan. 1^st 2026 - Dec. 31^st 2026.

2. Provide the corresponding author’s organization and select National Taiwan University from the drop-down menu.
3. Approve the Gold Open Access publishing option, “Publish as an Open Access article.”
