Authors in NTU can publish in fully open access journals of IEEE with a 20% discount on Article Processing Charge from 2023.    

Requirements

 1. The corresponding author is affiliated with National Taiwan University.
 2. Please use your NTU email address or choose National Taiwan University from the dropdown list as your affiliation in the submission system.
    (Do not use an abbreviation/variations of the school name. Also, do not include college, department, or lab names.)
 3. The accepted article date must be Jan. 1^st 2023 - Dec. 31^st 2025.
