Article 1 |
The National Taiwan University (NTU or “the University”) Library (“the Library”) formulates the NTU Directives for Library Tour Service (“the Directives”) to introduce our services and features to the readers and visitors. |
Article 2 |
Clientele: 1. Members of NTU: NTU faculty, staff and students. 2. Visitors: library-related professionals, students studying in library-related departments, etc. The age of visitors should be in accordance with the NTU Library Usage Rules. If necessary, the Library may set new rules and regulations for specific guests. |
Article 3 |
Available Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; not available during holidays and exam periods. |
Article 4 |
A minimum of 5 people is required to apply for the tour service, and the maximum number of participants is limited to 20 to ensure quality service. |
Article 5 |
The applicant should submit their application to the Library Extension Services Division one week before the intended visit time to arrange the date and time of the tour. Groups not affiliated with NTU should provide official letters from their organization or institute. |
Article 6 |
Tour Contents: Guide through the resources and services of the Library with a walking tour or presentation. Each session lasts for 20-30 minutes. |
Article 7 |
The Directives shall be passed by the Report Meeting of the Library and then implemented on the date of promulgation. |
