Regulations for the Organization of the Library Committee

Article 1 |
National Taiwan University (NTU or “the University”) establishes the Library Committee (“the Committee”) to improve and further the development of the NTU Library. |
Article 2 |
The Committee shall be composed of the University Librarian, one representative from each of the college-level library committees, and two student representatives. The dean of each college shall recommend a representative from among the members of said college’s library committee; The NTU Student Association shall appoint one undergraduate student representative, and the NTU Graduate Student Association shall appoint one graduate student representative to serve on the Committee as student representatives. |
Article 3 |
Members of the Committee shall serve a one-year term. |
Article 4 |
The Committee’s duties are as follows:

Article 5 |
The University Librarian shall serve as convener of the Committee and chair of its meetings, which shall take place once per semester. Interim meetings may be called when necessary. |
Article 6 |
The regulations shall be passed by the Administrative Meeting and then implemented on the date of promulgation. |
