Publication Management Regulations

Article 1

The National Taiwan University (NTU or “the University”) Publication Management Regulations (“the Regulations”) are formulated in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulations Governing Government Publications.

Article 2

For the purpose of the Regulations, “NTU publications” shall mean any books, series, electronic publications, or other non-book materials published or released with the University funds or under the auspices of the University (including its academic programs and centers).

Article 3

The NTU Library (“the Library”) shall be responsible for coordinating and managing publication identifier applications, basic formatting, electronic file submissions, donations, and storage of NTU publications.

Article 4

NTU units shall notify the Library prior to the release of any publications so that the Library may provide recommendations on basic formatting and request a publication number on their behalf in accordance with the Regulations Governing Government Publications.

Article 5

The Regulations shall be passed by the Administrative Meeting and then implemented on the date of promulgation.
