[Notice] Thesis and Dissertation Services Area hours in Main Library for Graduation Procedures (2014/6/25-9/5)

To serve the graduate students to complete the library Graduation Procedures, Thesis and Dissertation Services Area in Main Library 2F (Room 235, near the 2F services desk) is in service from June 25 to September 5, 2014. The graduate students may go to the area to upload the electronic theses/dissertations, submit the print copies of the theses/dissertations and application for delaying public access to theses/dissertations.

The list below details how many copies of theses/dissertations graduate students need to submit:

1. Graduate students of the departments on the Main campus need to submit 2 copies of printed theses/dissertations.

2. Graduate students of the Departments of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Atmospheric Science, Oceanography, Law school and College of Social Sciences need to submit 3 copies of printed theses/dissertations.

3. Graduate students of the College of Medicine and the College of Public Health need to submit 2 copies of printed master’s theses or 3 copies of printed doctoral dissertations to the Medical Library.

Note: Graduate students can choose either hard cover or paper cover as the binding method of their theses/dissertations.
